I understand that holistic and integrative health approaches, such as yoga, meditation, relaxation, meditation that assist accessing intuition may include postures, rest, or physical movements and an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education, and relief of muscular tension.  As is the case with any physical movement or activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture, and ask for support from the teacher, guide, or coach. I will continue to breathe smoothly and seek the appropriate care I need.

 

Integrative health, such as yoga, and meditation are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Integrative health, such as yoga and meditation are not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.  I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice integrative health, including yoga and meditation. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Emmy Vadnais, OTR/L or any instructors who co-teach or co-facilitate with her.

 

I understand that the group coaching or classes will be recorded, and I give permission that all interactions of me, including audio and video, can be shared with other people who have registered for the group coaching or classes.
