Description:

Whether you are new to meditation or want to develop your practice, this class will support you to take a mental break and be inspired to have a regular meditation practice. Experience easy relaxation and meditation practices that can calm your mind and body. Connect to inner peace by quieting the mind, emotions, and relaxing muscle tension as you are guided in simple and pleasant meditations. Meditation and relaxation practices have many researched health benefits that can increase the more you practice.  

Meditation may help you:

  • induce the relaxation response
  • lower stress and anxiety

  • improve mood and ability to cope
